You are viewing an preowned Sterling Silver 925 8mm domed Omega CHOKER Necklace crafted in Italy. This classic Omega style chain necklace is 8mm wide and 16 & 5/8 end to end (basically a choker style), with a large lobster clasp. This solid necklace weighs 42 grams and has AT hallmarked initials.
