At this time, we ship only to the United States of America (including Hawaii & Alaska), APO/FPO. We will ship USPS Priority to a Post Office Box, but a physical address is required for Fedex. NOTE: If you do not include a physical address, it may delay your order.

We wrap, package and ship your items as if we were receiving them too: CAREFULLY & securely. You won’t get loose items banging around in the box from us. We pad breakables and disguise expensive Jewelry. We wrap our vintage boots lovingly. We ship in USPS Flat Rate Priority boxes/padded envelopes as much as possible. We Ship Fedex on long distance heavier items. We are located in central NC so shipping to the West Coast can be pricey. It is our goal to strike a balance between careful packaging- quick shipping & the best price for you. We track ALL purchases daily to make sure each client receives their package.

Boots : Vintage Boots are heavy and can be costly to ship, especially to the Western USA. Mens & larger Womens Western Boots do not fit in a large flat box & wind up being shipped by weight. We will try to fit your item(s) in a USPS Flat rate Priority box, but we will not bend and twist them in half to do it.

Kids : Most vintage children’s wear (single items) ships USPS first Class because they are under 1 pound. Weights above 1 Lb, First Class becomes Priority Mail. We will combine items as much as possible for you to cut your shipping cost.

Heavier Items : Fedex Ground or Home delivery is slow coast to coast. Sometimes it will take them 7 days and at Christmas our cutoff is Dec 10th for heavy items that don’t fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box.

Handling Time & Fees : Your order is important to us. Our handling time is 1-2 working days. It is our goal to ship as fast as we can. Mondays (after the weekend) and Holidays with the increase in sales, there may be some delays. Be aware that we have Horses on a Farm & live in the real world, not just one of commerce. We do not charge an across-the-board handling fee, except on breakables (glassware), fine collectibles & Trail of Painted Ponies..

Express Overnight or 2-Day shipping : We are located in rural NC. Truthfully, there is no guaranteed “Express” overnight shipping available here except maybe UPS ( 22 mile trip to town for us, so no ). UPS Express charges by the ounce, so cost is prohibitive. If you would like to see the UPS Express cost, our zip code is 28315 & we will gladly give you the weight of your order. There is “2 day” Fedex or USPS shipping available but since we daily ship most items Priority USPS ..they usually arrive in 2-3 days anyway. Why spend the money? If you need an item by a certain day, email us and let us know. We will try HARD to get it there.

Overcharged on Shipping : We have been shipping online Vintage leather goods for 20 years. We know approximately what shipping should cost. But in the shopping cart, the shipping cost is controlled by USPS & Fedex Plug-ins. These Plug-ins give you choices of ways to ship, but the amounts are sometimes far too high and can even be too low. If they are too low, its on us. Be aware that these plug-ins don’t always add well on multiple item orders. BUT we do combine shipping cost on multiple orders and so, when we get ready to ship your order, if it’s too high we will inspect the amount due to you, if any: Under $10 = send our business card with a personal credit code on the back to use towards your next purchase. Over $10 = send cash in an envelope tucked into your package.

Damaged in Shipping : The shipper/sender (US) must make the claim for damage after the (USPS/Fedex) required 7 day waiting period has passed. USPS & Fedex also requires photographic Proof of damage: Photos of the box damage and the item damage from several angles. The pics portraying damage must be Clear and concise. Blurred or unrecognizable pics will delay our claim on your behalf, Please send photos in a JPG or Jpeg format and not larger than 1mg. Once photos have been received by us, we will process the claim and get your refund. Please hold on to the damaged item until USPS/Fedex releases or allows the claim because sometimes, they want to pick up the item. You will be refunded your total price, tax and original shipping amount after the claim is validated.
