Returns

We SELL 90% preowned , gently used Vintage items. Only 10% will be NOS or New. MOST items will be one of a kind, individuals with a style & quality of yesteryear. We are NOT selling current items we bought multiples wholesale from a foreign distributor. Vintage items come from 100’s of different manufacturers. Vintage items are sized all over the place & totally different than today. Hence Shoppers need to be sure to measure themselves, carefully read descriptions, view all pics and ask questions BEFORE they buy. There is NO stupid questions, but the ones that go un-asked.

In each auction description. we paste 6-10 close, clear, detailed photos usually snapped in outside light. We give measurements as needed and describe the condition and color. Especially on vintage Boots: we describe them, post 10 outdoor photos, all exterior measurements, and explain the condition. We do our best to give you a total picture of what you are buying. Our descriptions are very transparent and you can see that by reading our client’s feedback. We include necessary pertinent information about the item too...like waterproof, exotic, steel toes, etc. We also state any serious issues and usually include photos. On various items we may even give interesting trivia about the maker. We like what we do!

Because we take so much time to list each Item(s) with total information at your fingertips, we do not accept exchanges or returns. And while we can implore Buyers over & over again to measure, read, and ask questions before purchase..its up to the Buyer to do their research before finalizing. Most experienced online shoppers have their measurements & take the time to be sure. Failure to read the auction description & measurements may cause you to buy something that won’t fit & it won’t be what you wanted. Sales are final.

 

Refunds

The only refunds we give is due to: damage or loss in transit. (Read details under shipping policy). Of course we will fix it if we make an error by shipping the wrong item to you or omitting an item if you buy multiples. We do not give refunds or make exchanges for sizing, differences in color between our site and your Cell/Computer, or Buyers remorse.
