The Black Leggings are a floral print to match the embroidery on the top & have an elastic waist. So cute! Fabric: 80% Cotton-20% Polyester. Measurements: Chest: 27"--Length of top: 17.5"-->Pants Waist: 20-24"- Inseam: 17" . It is in good condition except for a small pink spot on the neckline Yoke.
